AGREEmENT L ,VN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CALLF,_
(Covenant Running With The Land)
THIS COVENANT, dated the 2�Ll day Of March 19 75
is made and entered by and between THE CITY OF REDLANDS,, hereinafter
called "CITY" and 61px ,L'mm and Sadie Kimm
hereinafter called "OWNER" as a covenant Running With The Land.
Recitals
1. owner owns the real property situate in the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, described on Exhibit A attached hereto,
and incorporated as a part of this covenant, and hereinafter referred
to as "property".
2. owner desires to obtain a domestic family dwelling water/sewer
connection to the Redlands Domestic Water System/Sewerage System.
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the covenant contained herein the City
and the Owner agree as followst.
1. That Owner may make a connection to the Redlands Domestic
Water system/Sewerage System for a domestic family dwelling subject to
the terms, conditions, and requirements of all ordinances, resolutions,
rules, and rates adopted by the City, and performance by owner of the
covenants herein.
2. That Owner shall annex property to the City of Redlands no
later than 120 days after the City makes a written request for such
annexation by personal delivery to owner or by registered letter,
deposited at a United States Post Office, bearing the following address :

3. That Owner shall be charged and pay twice the water/sewer
rates established by City ordinance or resolution for service to
properties situate outside City upon owner 's failure to consent to
annexation of property no later than 120 days after the request to do
so. The rates which shall be doubled in the event of Ownerfs refusal

to annex shall be the outside rates in effect on the 121st day after
the City' s request for annexation.
4. That this covenant shall be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of San Bernardino County, a covenant running with
the land described herein, which covenant shall obligate and be
binding upon Owner, his assigns, transferees, executors, trustees,
and every other successor in interest.

All of that portion of the Southwest quarter of Lot 21 of the
Barton Rancho commencing at a point 180 feet South of the Northwest
corner of the Southwest quarter of said lot in the centerline of
Kansas Street; thence North 72' 45 ' East, 558. 25 feet; thence East
to the Northeast corner of said Southwest quarter; thence Southerly
along the East line of said Southwest quarter to a point 340 feet
North of the South line of said Southwest quarter of Lot 21; thence
West to a point in the centerline of Kansas Street ; thence Northerly
along said centerline to the point of beginning except that portion
belonging to San Bernardino County Flood Control District and
containing 2. 7 acres more or less .
