situate outside City upon Owner ' s failure to consent to annexation
of property no later than 120 days after the request to do so,
The rates which shall be doubled in the event of Owner ' s ref-ural
to annex shall be the outside rates in effect on the 121st day
after the City' s request for annexation.
4,, That this covenant shall be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, a covenant running
with the land described herein, which covenant shall. obligate and be
binding upon Owner, his assigns , transferees , executors , trustees ,
and every other successor in interest.
