A G R E EM E N T
(Covenant Runninc; with the Land)
THIS AGREEMENT by and between M. J. HOLLINGER, M. M.
SPORRONG, ROBERT N. SPORRONG and JUDITH A. SPORRONG, hereinafter
sometimes called "ONTNER" , and the CITY OF REDLANDS, a general later
city of the State of California , o tet,�mes called "CITY" , is
executed as a covenant running with the land, dated this 22nd
day of April, 1975,
RECITALS
OWNER holds title and ownership to the real property
described on Exhibit "A" , attached hereto, and situate in the
aunty of San Bernardino, State of California.
The said reel property consists of one parcel of Land.,

shown. as Lot 9 on Exhibit B attached hereto, and incorporated
by reference herein, and a portion of Lot ltd as shown on Exhibit B ,
which said combination of parcels is hereinafter called property.

2. That, for and in consideration of permission from
the CITY to maintain a building upon the real property, OTIN R agrees
that the real property,, as described on Exhibit A, shad constitute
and comprise, in perpetuity one parcel of land and one lot , which
shall at no time be subdivided or separated for sale, transfer,
development, or for any ether purpose, without the express approval
and consent of the CITY.
3. That the mutual covenant contained herein shall run
with the land, and Shall be b ndlncr as a contractual obligation
upon the OWNER, and the OWNER'S assignees, transferees, trustees ,
mortaees, personal representatives and all other successors in
interest, and that this covenant shall be a burden to which the real
property shall be servient, which said covenant shall be enforceable
by injunction.

All of Lot 9 and that portion of Lot 10,
EXCELSIOR TRACT, in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California,
as per plat recorded in Book 5 of Maps, page
40, records of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the Westerly side of
Cajon Street where the boundary line between
said Lots 9 and 10 of said Excelsior Tract
intersects the Westerly line of Cajon Street;
thence Southeasterly along the said westerly
line of Cajon Street, 29 feet; thence at right
angles in a Southwesterly direction parallel
with the boundary line between said Lots 9 and
10, 160 feet to an alley; thence at right angles
along said alley in a Northwesterly direction
29 feet; thence at right angles in a north-
easterly direction along the boundary line
between said Lots 9 and 10, 160 feet to the
point of beginning.
