WITNESSETH: That the City and the Contractor, for the consideration
hereinafter named, agree as follows:
SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor will furnish all materials and will
perform all of the work for the following:
1. Construction of a Senior Nutrition Center and appurtenant work
as shown and specified in Contract No. 23-5810_2960.
2. THE CONTRACT SUM: Includes Base Bid and Alternates two (2); three (3) ;
four (4) ; five (5) ; six (6) ; seven (7) and eight (8) in the amount of
SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND AND TEN DOLLARS { $ 713,010,00)
3 . TIME FOR COMPLETION: The work to be completed within 240
calendar days from and after the date of the Notice
to Proceed.
4. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The complete contract includes all of the
contract documents set forth herein, to wit; Notice
Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Proposals and
Bid Form, Bid Bond, Agreement, Faithful Performance
Bond, Labor and Material Bond, Plans and
Specifications and any addenda thereto.
