HomeMy WebLinkAbout5765RESOLUTION NO 5765 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FOR ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO 71 TO THE GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands has prepared an amendment to the General Plan and adopted such amendment after holding a public hearing upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, on the 28th day of June, 2000, a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts; and WHEREAS, following said public hearing, the City Council declares that the proposed amendment is in the interest of the public health, safety and general welfare; and WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the amendment of the General Plan have been complied with; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands: That General Plan Amendment No. 71 is hereby adopted as shown in Exhibit A attached. ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of September , 2000. ATTEST G��-SO,�ae.e.
