WITNESSETH: That the City and the Contractor, for the consideration herein
as follows: after named, agree
SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor will furnish all materials and will
for the following: perform all of the work
I. Interior Painting and Installation of R-30 Insulation for Redlands Day Nursery-Indiana
Site in accordance with accompnaying plans as shown and specified and made part of
Contract 23-6820-2960.
2. THE CONTRACT SUM:
Thirteen thousand nine hundred ninety-five dollars and zero cents.
($13,995.00)
3. TIME FOR COMPLETION: The work to be completed within sixty(60)calendar da s
from and after the date of the Notice to Proceed. y
4. CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The complete contract includes all of the contract documents
set forth herein,to wit; Notice Inviting Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Proposals and gid
Form, Bid Bond, Agreement, Faithful Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bond, Plans
and Specifications and any addenda thereto.
