A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ESTABLISHING
TRAFFIC REGULATIONS PURSUANT TO TITLE 10 OF THE REDLANDS MUNICIPAL
CODE.
Pursuant to studies made under authority of Title 10 of the Redlands Municipal Code, and
the presentation of information gained in such studies, the City Council hereby finds and
determines that certain regulations are necessary and shall be established pursuant to Title 10 of
the Redlands Municipal Code, and the Traffic Engineer of the City of Redlands is hereby directed
to perform such acts as are necessary to accomplish the following:
SECTION ONE. Pursuant to Section 10 40.310 B. of the Redlands Municipal Code:
1 Change the existing white painted curb on the westerly side of the 500 block of San
Mateo Street, adjacent to Smiley Elementary School, to yellow painted curb and
install 'NO PARKING, PASSENGER/EQUIPMENT LOADING AND
UNLOADING ONLY NO UNATTENDED VEHICLES, 7.00AM TO 4:OOPM,
DURING SCHOOL signs, as shown on attached Exhibit A.
ADOPTED SIGNED AND APPROVED THIS 16TH DAY OF JANUARY 2001
