PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A
PRIVATE PROJECT
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
Professional Environmental Consulting Services ("Agreement") dated February 24th, 2020
("Effective Date"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and
Lilburn Corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 24th day of February, 2021
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
to extend the time for completion of the services to March 31, 2021,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 4 1 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4 1 Consultant shall perform and complete the Services in accordance with the mutually
approved project schedule The Services shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement
and be completed on or before March 31, 2021 "
Section 2. The project schedule contained within Exhibit "A" of the Agreement is
hereby deleted in its entirety, and substituted with a new project schedule in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit "1 "
Section 3 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this
Second Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of February 24th, 2021
