HomeMy WebLinkAbout6059RESOLUTION NO. 6059 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING SPECIFIC PLAN NO 56 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redlands reviewed Specific Plan No 56 after holding a public hearing upon such notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California, and WHEREAS, on the 27th day of August, a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts by the City Clerk, and WHEREAS, on the 17th day of September, 2002, the City Council held a duly - noticed public hearing on the proposed specific plan, and WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the adoption of a specific plan have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Redlands as follows SECTION ONE That Specific Plan No 56, a specific plan for a proposed development of 4 91 acres into 37 residential lots in the R-2 (Multiple Family Residential) District located on the south side of Orange Avenue approximately 300 feet west of Tennessee Street, as depicted in Exhibit "A", shall be adopted with al] revisions as adopted ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 17th day of September, 2002 ATTEST Mayor of the City of Redlands City erk 7d- I, Lorne Poyzer, City Clerk, City of Redlands, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of September, 2002, by the following vote AYES Councilmembers Peppier, Gilbreath, George, Harrison, Mayor Flaws NOES None ABSENT None City C erk 1332i1S SVSNV>I EXHIBIT "A" FOR SPECIFIC PLAN NO 56 A-1 M -P 1" = 200' ORANGE AVENUE R-2 R-2 R-2 2000 7.-)PARKER COURT PROPOSED SPECIFIC PLAN NO 56 N a R 2-2000 A-1 R-2-2000 I 33SSBNN3l co X m m —1 L
