HomeMy WebLinkAbout6068RESOLUTION NO 6068 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS FOR ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT NO 84 TO THE GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, the Planning Coimmssion of the City of Redlands has prepared an amendment to the General Plan and recommended adoption of such amendment after holding a public heanng upon notice in accordance with the Government Code of the State of California, and WHEREAS, on August 27, 2002, a Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Redlands Daily Facts, and WHEREAS, following said public hearing, the City Council declares that the proposed amendment is in the interest of the public health, safety and general welfare, and WHEREAS, all of the provisions of the Government Code relating to the amendment of the General Plan have been complied with, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands that the amendment to the General Plan as recommended by the Planning Commission shall be adopted as follows AMENDMENT NO 84 TO THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS Change the land use designation from Medium Density Residential to Public/Institutional on two contiguous lots totaling 12 77 acres located at 130 Tennessee Street as designated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of October, 2002 ATTEST Deputy City Clerk djm.Res6O68 Mayor of the City of Redlands I, Beatrice Sanchez, Deputy City Clerk of the City of Redlands, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of October, 2002, by the following vote AYES Councilmembers Peppler, Gilbreath, George, Harrison, Mayor Haws NOES None ABSENT None ABSTAIN None Beatrice Sanchez, Deputy City Cler City of Redlands General Pian Amendment No. 84 Resolution No. 6068 Key HDR High Density Residential LI Light Industrial Existing Medium Density Residential IN Not to Scale
