PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR A
PRIVATE PROJECT
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
Professional Environmental Consulting Services ("Agreement") dated June 3rd, 2020 ("effective
date"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Rincon
Consultants ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this l st day of April, 2021.

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
to extend the time for completion of the services to June 30th, 2021;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.1 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4.1 Consultant shall perform and complete the Services in accordance with the mutually
approved project schedule. The Services shall commence on the Effective Date of this Agreement
and be completed on or before June 30th, 2021."
Section 2. The project schedule contained within Exhibit "A" of the Agreement is
hereby deleted in its entirety, and substituted with a new project schedule in the form attached
hereto as Exhibit "L"
Section 3. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this
Second Amendment and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of April 1st, 2021.
