Smilcy Public Library to the library carpet project-
NOW,THEREFORE,the Agement for Public Improve-rrrent Project between the City and
the Contractor is hereby amended as follows:
Section I. Section 4.1 of the Agra-rricnt is hereby amended to read a�,follows
"ARTICLE 4.PAYMENT ARID.NOTICE
