A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS RELATING
TO THE CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG EUREKA STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS
FOLLOWS
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby approves the City's
conveyance of the real property described in the grant deed which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized, and the City staff is hereby directed, to
take any and all actions reasonable or necessary to facilitate the conveyance of the real property
described in the attached grant deed, and to record the same in the official records of the County of
San Bernardino.
ADOPTED SIGNED AND APPROVED this 15th day of December, 1998.
