A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ALARM USER PERMITS AND FALSE ALARMS.
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands, through its Police Department, oversees the issuance and
compliance with alarm user permits; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department responds to residential and commercial false alarms; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department incurs costs to issue permits and respond to residential and
commercial false alarms; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redlands as follows:
Section 1. The permit fees for persons making application to maintain a residential or
commercial alarm system as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto are hereby adopted.
Section 2. The false burglar and robbery alarm fees as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto
are hereby adopted.
Section 3 Fees contained in Resolution No. 5324 are hereby rescinded.
