(CHANGE ORDER NO. 1)
This first amendment ("First Amendment"), representing "Change Order No. l," to the
agreement dated March 1, 2011 (the "Agreement") entered into by the City of Redlands ("City")
and South West Pump and Drilling, Inc. (Contractor), is made this 21" day of.lune, 201 1.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of Contractor and City to amend Exhibit "A," and Sections
2.8, and 4.1 of their existing Agreement to provide for additional rehabilitation work to City's
Airport Well No. 2, and to increase Contractor's compensation and bond amounts for such
additional rehabilitation work;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, City and
Contractor agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section I. 1xhibit "A" of the Agreement, entitled "Scope of Services," is hereby
amended by the inclusion of additional rehabilitation work to be performed by Contractor for
City's Airport 11 cll No. 2 as shown in Exhibit"1," attached to this First Amendment.
Section 2 Section 2.8 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
"2.8 Contractor shall obtain, execute and deliver to City a
Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bind in the forms attached
hereto as Exhibits "C" and "D," and each in the amount of the total
compensation to be paid to Contractor pursuant to this contract, as it may
be amended from time to time."
Section 3. Paragraph 4.1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to increase the
Contractor's compensation by Eighty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Four and Forty Five
Hundredths ($86,774.45) to a total of One Hundred Eighty Four Thousand Seventy Nine and
Forty Five Hundredths ($184,079.45) and to read as follows:
"4.1 City shall pay Contractor the sum of One Hundred Eighty Four
Thousand Seventy Nine and Forty Five Hundredths Dollars ($184,079.45)
as compensation for the Services,"
Section 4 All other provisions of the Agreement shall rernain unchanged by the First
Amendment, and in effect.

be effective as of June 21`` 201 1.
