This letter shall constitute an agreement between yourself
and the City of Redlands when properly signed in the spaces
provided below with signatures notarized.
These are the following terms :
1 . The City of Redlands will pay you $2500 . 00 for the right-
of-way.
2 . At such time as you or the owner of the property come in
to apply for a building permit on the property, a require-
ment for sidewalk will not be imposed in conformance
with Ordinance No . 1447 which s attached.
