Secretary:
Chief Engineer MI. A. Nicholas is present and presents to the Board,
for execution by the Chairmant Corporation Grant Deed previously ap—
proved by the Board covering the exchange of Flood Ccrtrol Land C;7
described as a portion of the north half of Section 13t Township 1
South, Range 3 West,S .B.M in the Santa Ana River Project, Zone 3,
and the Board, on motion �ft Supervisor Breaks duly seconded by
Supervisor Manley, and carried unanimouslyt adopts the following
re's olution:
WHEREAS,- the subject matter of this resolution having been
fully considered and it appearing that the following action
is proper and is taken in the best public interest, now,
therefore,
BE ITT HEREBY RESOLVED, by said Board of Supervisors„ that
it authorizes execution and granting of a Corporation Grant
Deed drawn in favor of City of Redlands involving the property
which is fully described in said Corporation Grant Deed dated
October 8, 1962, and
BE IT, HEREBY, FURTHER RESOLVED, by said Board of Superviso:bs,
that it authorizes execution of said instrument for and on
behalf of the San Bernardino Co1=_ty_Flood_Cont rol-11-istrict by
