THIS AGREEMENT, made this 20tigay of December ,19 83 by and between
the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County, State of California, and
the city of Pedlands _, pursuant to the provisions of Division 1, Part 6,
Chapter 8, of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
W I T N E S S E T H
THAT [ REAS, the real property situated within the City of Redlands
SanBernardinoCounty, State of California, hereinafter set forth and described
in Exhibit 'W , attached hereto and made a part hereof, has been deeded to the
State of California for nonpayment of delinquent taxes; and
-h[HEREAS, the taxes levied on the property by the City of Redlands , are
collected by the County officers-,
NIOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed as follows:
(1) That as provided by Section 3800 of the Revenue and Taxation Code,
the cost of giving notice of this agreement shall be paid for by the
City of Pedlands
(2) That the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County agrees to
sell to said City of P.edlands and said City of Redlands
agrees to purchase from said County te property hereinafter set out
and described in the aforesaid Exhibit "N , which shall not have
been redeemed as provided in the Revenue and Taxation Code, upon
payment by said City of Pedlands to the Tax Collector of said
County the sum, set forth--ln--sal T—E—xTi—lT-�r-�*",i- after the description
of the property and designated "Purchase Price," within
days after this agreement becomes effective.
(3) That said City of Pedlands (will/will not) share in the distribu-
tion of the payment requiredbythis agreement.
IN WITNESS VMREOF, the parties hereto have caused their respective names
to be hereunto subscribed and their respective seals to be hereto affixed by
their respective officers thereunto duly authorized.
