For and in consideration of the payment by the City of
$500, Mrs. Vada Fletcher is transferring all the right,
title and interest in the real property known as the
General Telephone parcel located immediately north of
City Hall. This conveyance will remove the encumbrance
of a deed of trust and promissory note under which the
Fletcher family have made a claim against the property
during the past five years or longer. Property is also
subject to a quiet title action which will be dismissed
upon the execution of a quit claim deed from Mrs. Fletcher
conveying all her right, title and interest in the property
to the City of Redlands . I, therefore, authorize the payment
of $500 as satisfaction in full of the Vada Fletcher said
claim.
