A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
PROVIDING FOR AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON ALL ACCOUNTS HELD
WITH UNION BANK, N.A. AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8132
WHEREAS, Union Bank, N.A. is the authorized depository of City funds; and
WHEREAS, Union Bank, N.A. requires a resolution by the City Council of the City of
Redlands authorizing designated account signers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following City Officers and staff shall be the authorized signers on all
City accounts, warrants, checks or orders with Union Bank, N.A.:
• Robert Dawes, City Treasurer
• Danielle Garcia, Management Services/FinanceDirector
• James Garland, Assistant Finance Director
Section 2. That Resolution No. 8132 is hereby rescinded.
