A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE HOUSING OF COUNTY PRISONERS AT THE
REDLANDS POLICE DEPARTMENT HOLDING FACILITY
WHEREAS, the Redlands Police Department operates a holding facility and provides the
use of this facility to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department; and
WHEREAS, this holding facility is utilized by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's
Department for the temporary housing of prisoners awaiting court proceedings; and
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
Section 1 The fees for the housing of County prisoners as set forth in Exhibit A
attached hereto are hereby adopted.
