A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING USER CATEGORIES AND CORRESPONDING FEES FOR USE
OF CITY AND CITY -OPERATED FIELDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands, through its Administrative Service
Department, operates fields to provide its citizens with facilities at which they may
participate in and enjoy various activities; and
WHEREAS, these fields are intended to be used for City as well as individual
and organized group activities; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 12.44 of the Redlands Municipal Code authorizes this
City Council to establish fees for use of City facilities;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands as follows:
SECTION ONE: The user categories and corresponding fees for persons and
groups making application to use City and City -operated fields as set forth in
Exhibit A attached hereto are hereby adopted.
SECTION TWO. ADOPTED SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of
March, 1995

FIELD RENTAL RATES
Open Fields Not Available for Rent:
Sylvan Park
Ford Park
Rental Fields:
Texonia Park
Community Park
Brookside Park
Crafton Park
Clement School *
Orangewood School *
University Street and Colton Avenue
Parkford Drive
Texas Street and Lugonia Avenue
Church Street and San Bernardino Avenue
Brookside Avenue
Wabash Avenue and Independence Avenue
Pennsylvania Avenue
Stuart Avenue
* Joint Use Agreement with Redlands Unified School District
User Groups:
Group 1
City of Redlands City operated recreational programs and activities. This group
receives first priority for field use and allocations. No rental charge.
Group 2. Organized Youth Sports Registered nonprofit or chartered group offering organized
youth sports. Participants shall be under 18 years of age. Charges noted below
Group 3 Organized Adult Sports, Community/Business Groups and/or individuals
League or organized sports for participants 18 years of age and over; tournaments;
other activities requiring field reservations. Charges noted below

The above charges shall be assessed in the event that City staff is called to a field for any of the
following reasons: confirm field reservations, turn lighting on or off, clean garbage/debris left by
users, resolve complaints, and/or make repairs.
Rental agreements may be negotiated for continuous use of facilities. The rates contained in these
agreements may vary from the stnicture presented above, and shall be approved by City Council.
