RESCISSION OF AGREEMENT
(Covenant Running with the Land)
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 7,2000 at a regularly scheduled meeting,the City Council
for the Cit of Redlands rescinded the Agreement between Peoples Church of Redlands,a corporation,and
City of Redlands, a general law city of the State of California, executed as a Covenant Running with the
Land dated the 8th day of January, 1976, recorded with the San Bernardino County Recorder's office on
January 13, 1976 as Document 436, Book 8841, Page 658, The Agreement, which was rescinded, is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A."
