HomeMy WebLinkAboutContracts & Agreements_5-2009_CCv0001.pdf RIGHT OF ENTRY Assessor's Parcel No: 0171-021-05 Property Address: 820 West State Street, Redlands, CA 92373 Permit of Entry UWe the undersigned owner(s) of the real property which is the subject of this Permit of Entry for Access to Private Property, understand(s) that the City of Redlands, for the construction of the Stuart Avenue Storm Drain Project, a master planned storm drain system, on Pearl Avenue, Eureka Street, Stuart Avenue, Texas Street and Redlands Boulevard. The proposed improvements will require an encroachment within the subject property. I/We understand that the work shall be done in accordance to the above mentioned, Drawing No. 1990-SD-01/12, Sheets 1 through 12, and that the cost of the proposed construction will be borne by the City. The property owner will not be liable for any work done by the City's contractor. UWe understand that the City will repair any existing improvements that may be damaged during construction and the City will have the construction area restored to an equal or better condition than prior to the start of construction. Me hereby grant permission to the City, its employees, agents, contractors and sub- contractors, to enter upon my/our real property as necessary for the construction of the Stuart Avenue Storm Drain Project. The permission shall be effective as of the date indicated below and will expire upon final acceptance of the project by the City.
