THIS CONTRACT is entered into in the State of California by and between the County of San Bernardino, hereafter
called the County, and
The City of Redlands
hereafter called The City
IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

time for performance or completion, determination of satisfactory performance and cause for termination,other terms and
conditions, and attach plans, specifications, and addenda, if any.}
That the Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement dated June 26, 1967, between
the COUNTY and the CITY of Redlands, is hereby amended as follows:
Replace all payment exhibits A & B with four (4) new exhibits dated February,
1980, titled as follows: Exhibits A, Schedules I & II, Exhibit B, Schedules
I & II, which are attached to this contract.
