4 FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
5 the CITY OF REDLANDS, does hereby grant to the SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD
6 CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic of the State sof California,
7 a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress purposes in, over and along
S the real property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State
