APPROVED
Acting on the recommendation of the Law and JUstiCe Agency .dministrator,
on motion by Supervisor Townsend, duly seconded by Supervisor mikese-11
and carried, the Board of Supervisors hereby approves agreement 1t75-257
by and between the Sheriff and the City of Redlands to provide law
enforcement helicopter patrol services within the territorial boundaries
of the City, effective February 1, 1975; further, the Board authorizes
the Chairman to sign said agreement indicating this Board's approval
of the terms and conditions therein contained.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San
Bernardino, State of California, by the following vote:
