AMENDMENTS TO CONTRACTS WITH VARIOUS LOCAL LAW
SUBJECT: ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES FOR ACCESS TO THE CALIFORNIA LAW
ENFORCEMENT TELECOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM (CLETS) AND
MAINTENANCE OF RELATED EQUIPMENT.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the following amendments to contracts with local law enforcement agencies for access
to the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System and maintenance of the related
equipment:
City of Adelanto 92-679 A2
City of Ontario 92-264 A3
City of Redlands 92-810 A?
City of Rialto 94-65 A2
REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION:
Amendments to CLETS contracts to revise fee schedules for FY96/97 to ensure proper
remuneration to the County.
REVIEW BY OTHER DEPARTMENTS:
These amendments have been reviewed and approved as to form by Deputy County Counsel
Kevin Norris.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Revenues generated by these contracts were included in the Sheriff Department's proposed
budget for FY96/97.

THIRD AMENDMENT
Contract 92-810 with the Redlands Police Department is hereby amended,effective July 1, 1996, by,
replacing Schedules A and B. referred to in Paragraph V11, with the attached Schedules A and B.
Except as amended,all rather terms and conditions of this contract remain as stated therein.
Any provisions on the reverse side and referenced attachments hereof constitute a dart of this contract and are incorporated
herein in full.
