Dear Sam:
The District Board reviewed my letter of March 13 , 1991 to you
regarding cover material to be obtained from the District
property near the City's sanitary landfill.
The Board voted to extend the authorization pending completion of
an agreement with Robertson's Ready Mix. This approval was
conditioned on the City agreeing to pay $0. 10 per cubic yard of
material removed from the property.
Please indicate the City's acceptance of this condition by
signing below and returning one original copy of this letter to
the District.
