Welcome Center in San Bernardino. Through the financial support of entities such as
yours, we will be able to move forward in increasing awareness of the community and the
region, generate an economic impact, and educate domestic and international visitors and
residents.
Please complete the lower portion of this document to confirm the specifications of your
partnership. We will be including this letter in the proposal that will be submitted to the
California Welcome Center site selection committee. The California Travel and Tourism
Commission has now distributed the RFP. We are presently developing our proposal for
submission by August 9`h. We will keep you informed as to when members of the
committee will be arriving to personally visit our proposed CWC location.

Become a sponsor of the new California Welcome Center located on Hospitality Lane.
Listed below are the sponsorship levels for your consideration. Please contact Mary

1. Commemorative inaugural plaque displayed in Welcome Center
2. Partnership acknowledgment and opportunity to give a presentation at the
Grand Opening Ceremony
3. Opportunity to speak at key events
4. CWC will sell special event tickets on your behalf

will provide tracking. Distribution of 100,000 books.
6. Your volunteers promote your interests and interact with visitors
