Dear Captain Kuehnel:
The City of Redlands appreciates your generosity in allowing for the use of your facility to conduct our Use
of Force Training Program, A Certificate of Liability Insurance has been issued, naming San Manuel Band
of Mission Indians as Additional Insured. We also agree to abide by all rules established by the San Manuel
Band of Mission Indians during the use of the facility. We agree to hold harmless the San Manuel Band of
Mission Indians for any incident that is the direct result of an act or omission on the part of the City of
Redlands.
