I am writing to let you know that the City of Redlands is working with GRID Alternatives, a state-funded,
community-supported non-profit organization, to help local low-income families reduce their electric bills
by up to 75% through solar electric systems installed on their homes. These systems use the sun to
make electricity, so you can save a lot of money on your electric bills while helping the environment.
This solar program for low-income families in Redlands does NOT require you to have a good credit
score, a high electric bill, or equity in your home.
You may qualify for the program if you meet all of the following criteria:
1. Meet program income requirements
2. Must own and live in the home
3. Have "solar-friendly" roof conditions
If you would like to apply, have any questions about this program, or need more information about how to

This program is first come, first serve, and only limited grant funding is available, so don't miss out on

Les escribo para informarle que la ciudad de Redlands esta trabajando con GRID Alternatives, una
organizaci6n comunitaria financiada por el estado, para ayudar a familias de bajos ingresos a reducir
sus facturas mensuales de electricidad a un porcentaje de hasta 75% al instalar sistemas de energia
solar en sus casas. Estos sistemas utilizan el sol para producir electricidad, para poder ahorrar dinero
en sus facturas de electricidad mientras ayuda al medio ambiente.
EI programa solar para familias de bajos ingresos en Redlands NO requiere que tenga un buen credito,
ni tener una factura de electricidad alta o equidad en su casa.
Usted podria calificar para el Programa Solar si cumple con todos los siquientes criterios:
1. Cumple con los requisitos de ingresos del programa
2. Es dueno de su casa y vive en ella
3. Tiene un techo que es apropiado para instalar el sistema solar
