Attention: Mr. J. W. Enarson
Gentlemen:
It is understood and agreed that the City of
Redlands hereby grants to Southern California Edison
Company permission to survey and install electrical trans-
mission, distribution, communication and California Water
and Telephone facilities over and on that certain parcel
of land as shown on the attached sketch.
It is further understood and agreed that the City
of Redlands will execute a Grant of Easement to cover the
above mentioned facilities at such time after a formal
document has been prepared and presented for execution.
