Following discussion, an motion of Councilman Elliott, seconded by Councilman Miller, these documents were approved with the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign as necessary. This motion was approved by AYE votes of all present. On motion of Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilman Bid Call Elliott, the City Clerk was authorized to advertise for bids for purchase of one tandem axle d4esel truck and Disposal one front-loader refuse body, with funds to come from Department the Disposal budget. This motion was approved by AYE votes of all present. On motion of Councilwoman Grace, seconded by Councilman Miller, a grant deed to the City from Mrs . Anna L.
