Standard Agreement No.99-DRI-0 10,made and entered into February 23, 2000 between the Department of Housing and
Community Development and the City of Redlands, is hereby amended as follows:
Second paragraph of page 1,"Term"of the original agreement is hereby deleted and replaced with a new second paragraph of page 1.
"Term",as follows:
Tenn: The effective date of this agreement is April 26, 2000. This agreement shall terminate on April 1,2004,
All other terms and conditions remain as set forth in the original agreement and amendments thereto.
CONTINUED ON SHEETS,EACH BEARING NAME OF CONTRACTOR AND CONTRACT NUMBER.
The provisions on the reverse side hereof constitute a part of this agreement.
