CERTIFICATION OF SATISFACTION OF
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT OBLIGATIONS
Whereas, on November 20, 2003, the City of Redlands caused a subdivision
improvement agreement, guaranteeing that certain improvements be constructed and
completed for City of Redlands Parcel Map No. 15911, to be filed for record in the official
records of the County of San Bernardino, State of California (the "Subdivision Improvement
Agreement").
Whereas, the Subdivision Improvement Agreement was duly recorded as Instrument
No. 03-871602 against property owned by Bixby Land Company of Newport Beach,
California which is more particularly described as County of San Bernardino Assessor's
Parcel Nos. 0167-481-07, 0167-481-08, 0167-481-09, 0167-481-10, 0167-481-11; 0167-501-
11; 0167-511-11, 01.67-511-12, 0167-511-13, 0167-51.1-14, 0167-511-15, 0167-511-16,
0167-511-17, 0167-511-18, 0167-511-19, 0167-51.1-20, 0167-511-21, 0167-511-22, 0167-
511-23; and 0167-541-05, 0167-541-06, 0167-541-07, 0167-541-08.
Whereas, the City of Redlands has determined that Bixby Land Company has fully
satisfied the obligations secured by the Subdivision Improvement Agreement.

Now, therefore, the City of Redlands hereby certifies that the Subdivision
Improvement Agreement is released and discharged, and directs the County of San
Bernardino to discharge of record the Subdivision Improvement Agreement.
