SATISFACTION OF SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT
In satisfaction of the performance by Essex Realty Management, Inc., a California
corporation, hereinafter referred to as owner, of all obligations required to be undertaken by owner
pursuant to that certain SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT dated April 17, 2001 , and
recorded in the Official Records of San Bernardino County, California on May 4, 2001 , as Document
No. 20010170188; hereinafter "Agreement";
The City of Redlands does hereby remise, release, and discharge all real property that
is the subject of the Subdivision Improvement Agreement from any lien imposed thereon by the
filing and recordation of said Agreement.
Notwithstanding anything herein, pursuant to Government Code Section 66499.7, this
Release shall not apply to any required guarantee or warranty period nor to any amount of security
determined necessary to the City of Redlands for such guarantee or warranty period, nor to any
costs and reasonable expenses and fees, including attorney's fees.
