TEMPORARY ENTRY PERMIT
The undersigned PERK4|TTOR hereby grants permission to the Department ofWater Resources of the State of
California, hereinafter referred to as PERMITTEE, and its officers, employees, agents and contractors, to enter with all
necessary equipment upon PERyW|TTOR'e land in the County of San Bernardino. State ofCalifornia, described as that
portion of Assessor's Parcel Nos. 168-363-001 and -002. and marked on the attached map for the purpose of planting and
monitoring trees, and for such other incidental purposes as may be required, subject to the following provisions:
1. Reasonable precautions will be exercised to avoid damage and protect persons or property.
2. PERK8|TTOR oaaumnea no liability for loss or damage to property or injuries to or deaths of agents, contractors or
employees of PERMITTEE by reason of the exercise of privileges given under this permit.
3. Nothing in this permit shall preclude PERMITTOR from filing a claim(s)with the State Board of Control for any
|000 orexpense which PEF(M/TTOR or its tenant may suffer caused by or due to exercise by PERMITTEE of the
rights granted bythis permit.
4. PERMITTEE agrees to indemnify and hold PERK8|TTOR harmless from any damage caused by PERW1|TTEE'o
activities authorized by this permit. PERMITTEE agrees also to either reimburse PERK8|TTOR for any damage to
PERK8|TTDR'e roads and fenmas, or other property, occurring by reason of the exercise ofrights granted herein,
or to replace orrestore said property.
This permit expires on January 1, 2008.
