This second amendment to the Tolling Agreement (as amended) entered into by and
between Russell Seheult, individually and as 'trustee of the Russell Oliver Seheult Trust dated
April 8, 1996 ("Seheult"), and the City of Redlands ("City") (together the "Parties") is hereby
made and entered into this 50' day of April, 2005.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of City and Seheult to amend their existing Tolling
Agreement by extending its term and adding an additional party;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, and for
such other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
Tolling Agreement by and between City and Seheult is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. Paragraph I is hereby amended to add the following entity within the
definition of"Parties:"
"Love Rock Ministries International, Inc., a California nonprofit religious
corporation aka, The Rock Church and World Outreach Center (-The Rock"), whose address is
2345 South Waterman Avenue, San Bernardino CA 92408."
Section 2. Paragraph 3 of the Tolling Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:

"The Parties hereby agree to toll, through April 1, 2006. the running of any and all
statutes of limitation and any other defenses based on the passage of'time on any and all claims
and causes of action that the Parties had or have against the City based upon the nomination of
the property located at 1205 West Crescent, Redlands, California as a Historic Landmark and
that, as of the Tolling Date, were not already barred by the statute of limitations or passage of
time.
Section 3. Full Force and Effect. All other remaining a sections of the Tollino,Agreement
(as amended) shall remain in full force and effect. zn lt�
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Amendment,to be effective as
set forth herein.
