NOTIFICATION OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Under the AGREEMENT Between
The City of Redlands and Torti Gallas and Partners,Inc.
Dated July 6,2004 for the
DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN
Torti Gallas Project No.03234.04
By this Notification Torti Gallas and Partners, Inc. (Torti Gallas) confirms that it has been directed by The
City of Redlands to perform the following Additional Service:
In the Work to be performed by The Mobility Group, add the two intersections along Texas Avenue.
Torti Gallas will perform these Additional Services for a Fixed Fee as follows, not including Reimbursable
Expenses,which will be addressed as set out in the Agreement.
For services by The Mobility Group $1,800.00
Total Additional Fee $1,800.00
This compensation will be invoiced and payable monthly as the work is performed.
Kindly confirm your approval by signing and returning one copy of this Notification as early as possible.
