IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

The terms contained in the original Contract 87-55 are hereby superseded as
follows:
COUNTY SHALL: Page 2 of 3, paragraph 4
Bear responsibility for twelve percent (12%) of the estimated $90,100 project
engineering cost. County' s share shall be limited to $10,812 unless a greater
amount is subsequently authorized by the County.
REDLANDS SHALL: Page 2 of 3, paragraph 6
Bear responsibility for fifty-two percent (52%) of the project engineering cost.
Redlands' share shall be limited to $46,852 unless a greater amount is subsequently
authorized by the City,

Loma Linda' s share shall be limited to $32,436 unless a greater amount is
