equipment of the Licensee at the sole expense of the Licensee.

j Licensee further agrees that it will remove all wires ,
11 ` orossarms and other appliances affixed by it to said poles within
12 1i thirty (30) days after receiving notice in writing from Licensor e

requiring it so to do . In the event of Licensee 's failure to
14
remove said wires,crossarms and other apglianoes within said per-
15 1
iod, Licensor may remove the same at the sole expense of Licensee.

f In consideration of the privileges hereby granted to
17 Licensee , Licensee hereby premises and agrees to pay to the Li-
IS d censor an annual rental in the sum of One Dollar (4.00) per pole ,

per annum.
20 The Licensee further agrees to pay the rental for the use

�j of poles upon the first day of the month following the occupancy
22 by it of the said poles or any of them, and rental for the first
23
fractional year shall be such proportion of the annual rental as
24
such fractional part of the year bears to the whale year. There-

j� after rentals shall be due and payable annually in advance of the
26
first business day of each year.

Licensee further agrees that it will indemnify and hold

harmless the Licensor from and against all claims ,demands,a.ctions , I
29
causes of action, and loss of any ancl every king. arising or grog-
30
ing out of the destruction of, or damage to property, including
31
both the property of the Licensor and the Licensee , or out of
