Lease: Wireless Service Facility Land Lease Agreement dated April 5, 2005 (the "Lease")
between the City of Redlands (the "City")and Los Angeles SMSA Limited
Partnership,dba Verizon Wireless, by AirTouch cellular, its general partner
("Verizon Wireless").
Dear Mr. Hendrick:
Verizon Wireless desires to enter into a sublease agreement(the "Sublease") with New Cingular Wireless
PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Cingular") whereby Cingular will collocate its
antennas on Verizon Wireless'communications tower located on the Property.
Pursuant to Section 6 of the Lease, Verizon Wireless shall not sublet all or any portion of its leased
premises without the City's written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. By
signing below, the City acknowledges and consents to the entering into of the Sublease between Verizon
Wireless and Cingular.
Please return one original signed copy of this letter to the address shown below.
