Redlands Baseball for Youth (the "Organization"), through the authority of its President,
hereby voluntarily releases, discharges, waives and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of
action the Organization on and its individual members may have for personal injury,property damage
or wrongful death occurring to them arising as a result of their undertaking the construction and
installation of a scoreboard for the City, and any activities incidental thereto, wherever or however
the same may occur. Further, the Organization does, for itself, and its members, heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns, hereby release,waive, discharge and relinquish any action or causes of
action, which may hereafter arise for the Organization and its members' estates, and agrees that
under no circumstances will the Organization or its members' heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns prosecute or present any claim for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death
against the City of Redlands or any of its elected officials, officers, agents or employees for any of
said causes of action, whether the same shall arise by the negligence of the above said persons, or
otherwise.
IT IS THE INTENTION OF THE ORGANIZATION BY THIS INSTRUMENT TO
ASSUME ALL RISKS ATTENDANT WITH ITS ACTIVITIES OF CONSTRUCTING AND
INSTALLING A SCOREBOARD ON CITY PROPERTY AND TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE
THE CITY OF REDLANDS FROM LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY
DAMAGE AND WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE.
The Organization, for itself and its members, and their heirs,executors, administrators and

agrees that in the event any claim for personal injury, property damage or

shall be prosecuted against the City of Redlands by any other person as a result of the Organization's

acts or omissions,the Organization shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Redlands
from any and all claims or causes of action by whomever or wherever made or presented for personal
injuries, property damage or wrongful death.
The undersigned President of the Organization represents the Organization has the legal
authority to represent its members with regard to the matters contained in this Release and
