JOSEPH P. THOMPSON, as administrator of the estate of W. P. Thompson,
also known as Willis Thompson, deceased, in consideration of Sixteen Thousand
and No/100 ($16,000.00) Dollars, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant and convey to REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY . OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
N, all right, title and interest of decedent at the time of his death, and all right,

title and interest that the estate may have subsequently acquired by operation
of law, or otherwise, in and to that real property to the City of Redlands,
cr County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as follows:

Lot 6, Block "B" of FAIRBANKS AND WILSON'S SUBDVISION of a part
of Lot 30, Block 77, of the Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat
in Book 4 of Maps, page 46, Records of San Bernardino County.
SUBJECT to conditions, reservations, rights and rights of way
of record, if any, and 1985/86 taxes.
This deed is made pursuant to order confirming sale of real property made
on October 18, 1985, in the estate of said decedent, Probate No. SPR-44704, Su-
perior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, a certified copy of which
order is recorded contemporaneously herewith in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, to which order reference is hereby made.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed to the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands dated October 24, 1985,
from Joseph P. Thompson, Executor of the Estate of W. P. Thompson,
deceased, to the Redevelopment Agency, a governmental agency, is hereby
accepted and the Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.
