Block 4, Cook 's Subdivision of a part of Dunlap Ranch, Yucaipa
Valley, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California a
per plat recorded in Book 20 of Maps, page 54 records of said
County .
Excepting therefrom that parcel of land described as follows :
That portion of 11th Street formerly known as Avenue G as shown
on map of Subdivision No. 4 of a part of Yucaipa Valley as per
plot recorded in Book 19 of Flaps, pages 19 and 20, records of the
County of San Bernardino, State of California, described as
follows :
Commencing at the centerline intersection of said 11th Street and
Avenue F; thence along the centerline of said 11th Street North
11020 ' 00" East a distance of 398 . 85 feet to an angle point in
the centerline of said 11th Street and the true Point of
Beginning; thence continuing along said centerline North 47 °08 '
