CONSENT AND DECLARATION OF SUBORDINATION
WHEREAS, Security Pacific National Bank, is the beneficiary and owner and
holder of the note(s) secured by that certain deed of trust executed by William
J. Mellies recorded June 2$, 1972 as Book 7965 Page 436 of Official Records of
the County of San Bernardino, State of California, and U"HEREAS, said
beneficiary desires to have the lien and charge of said deed of trust described
herein to be subordinate to that certain easement granted to the City of
_ Redlands, A Municipal Corporation, recorded concurrently herewith for an
easement for public street and highway purposes, in, on and over the real
r} property in the City of Redlands, County of San Bernardino, State of California
n described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein.
Now therefore, ne undersigned beneficiary does hereby subordinate the above
mentioned deed of trust to that certain easement for public street and highway
purposes, in, on and over said property ;ranted to the City of Redlands, A
alunicipal Corporation and Recorded concurrently herewith .
