WITNESSETH: That Trustor grants to Trustee in Trust, with Power of Sale, that property in the herein ca{led BENEFICIARY,
City of Redlands County of San Bernardino State of California, described as:
Parcel I of Parcel Map No . 9560 per Map recorded in Book 103
at Page 72 of Parcel Maps .
Together with the rents, issues and profits thereof, subject, however, to the right, power and authority hereinafter given to and conferred upon Beneficiary to
collect and apply such rents, issues and profits.
For the Purpose of Securing (1) payment of the sum of E 19 2 , 10 7 , 00 with interest thereon according to the terms of a promissory note or
notes of even date herewith made by Trustor, payable to order of Beneficiary, and extensions or renewals thereof, and (2) the performance of each
agreement of Trustor incorporated by reference or contained herein (3) Payment of additional sums and interest thereon which may hereafter be loaned to
Trustor. or his successors or assigns, when evidenced by a promissory note or notes reciting that they are secured by this Deed of Trust.
To prefect the security of this Deed of Trust, and with respect to the property above described. Trustor expressly makes each and all of the agreements.

the charge therefor does not exceed the maximum allowed by law,

Quarterly after date , for value received , the undersigned promises to
pay to REDLANDS RAILWAY AND DEVELOPMENT CO . , a general partnership , or
order , at such address as may be designated by payee , the sum of
$4 , 082 . 27 quarterly after date hereof , being interest only at 8 . 5% per
annum and continuing for a total of 20 quarterly payments ; thereafter ,
payable in 20 equal quarterly installments of principal and interest in
the amount of $11 , 890. 83 .
Should interest. not be so paid , it shall thereafter bear like interest
as the principal , but such unpaid interest so compounded shall not
exceed an amount equal to simple interest on the unpaid principal at the
maximum rate of 12% per annum . Should default be made in payment of
interest when due the whole sum of principal and interest shall become
immediately due at the option of the holder of this Note . Principal and
interest payable in lawful money of the United States . If action be
instituted on this Note , the undersigned promises to pay such sum as the
Court may fix as attorney ' s fees . This Note is secured by Deed of- Trust
to FIRST AMERICAN TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY , a California corporation , as
Trustee .
In the event that the interest on this Note becomes includable for
Federal Income Tax purposes in the gross income of the payee , from and
after such date the interest rate on this Note shall be adjusted to 127
per annum .

Buyers herein acknowledge receipt of preliminary report of title covering subject
property as issued by Continental Land Title Company, Order No. 05-137299 and approve
same.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
