reimbursement for costs associated with water and sewer mains

agreement for investigation of alternative dell-head treatment

Grant Deed On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember
eraser, Council unanimously approved the sale of surplus
Airport property at Redlands Municipal Airport to Modtyme International in
Property � the amount of $6,337.41, and authorized the Mayor and City Clerk.

Joint Use On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember
Agreement Iormser, Council unanimously approved a joint use agreement
between the City of Redlands and Southern California Edison
Company regarding the relocation of SCR facilities in easement
and public right-of-way along Reservoir Read. at Tract No. 13947t
CDBG Community Development Director Shaw presented a summary of the
Report status of the Community Development Block Grant projects.
Agreement On motion of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember
ormser, Council unanimously directed staff to submit a Letter of
Communications agreement regarding the City of Redlands' willingness to
System participate in sharing the pro-rata cost of a consultant study for
the Past End Radio Communications Systems Improvement Study for
an 800 MHz trunked radio communications system to serve the
needs of the east end agencies.

ContrLLact. Award Rids were opened and publicly declared on October 12, 1989, by
the City Clerk for the contract for construction of the Center
Center Trunk Trunk Sewer, Phase II, Project No. 4-8929; a bid opening report
Sewer is on file in the Office of the City Clem. At this time, it is the
recommendation of the Municipal Utilities Department that the
responsible bidder submitting the bid for said project which will
result in the lowest cost to the City is Kershaw Construction o
Fontana in the amount of $470,480.00 and it is in the best interest
of the City that this contract be awarded to said. firm. On motion
of Councilmember Larson, seconded by Councilmember Wormser,
this recommendation was unanimously approved.
