EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC ROAD PURPOSES
REDLANDS BOULEVARD
That portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Block 11 of Barton Ranch, in the City of Redlands,
County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in book 6 of Maps,
page 19,records of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Block 11; thence North 89°43'39" West 61.4.99
feet along the North line of said Block l l to the West line of said Northeast 1/4 of said
Block 11; thence South 00147'09" East 20.00 feet along said West line a line parallel
with and Southerly 20.00 feet from said Northerly line; thence South 89°43'39" East
602.42 feet along said parallel line to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
Southwesterly having a radius of 20.00 feet; thence Southeasterly 13.75 feet along said
curve through a central angle of 39°24'09" to the Easterly line of Block 11; thence North
